12 oz artichoke hearts jar, drained
1/2 Cup mozzarella
1/2 Cup sharp white cheddar
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup shredded red cabbage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 TBSP Great River Maple Cream
Vegetable oil for frying
1 package Wantons
1 egg
-Mix artichoke hearts, mozzarella, cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, shredded cabbage, cream cheese and maple cream until evenly distributed.
-Pour oil into pan about 1 to 1/12 inches deep and begin to heat.
-Mix egg in small bowl. Coat two side edges of the wanton with egg and add 1 TBSP of artichoke mixture. Seal wanton by placing the two edges without egg on the two sides with egg. Press down for a tight seal.
-Place in hot oil until golden brown, this should only take a couple minutes. Place on paper towel to absorb any excess oil serve hot.
