1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Jalepeno,sliced
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup White Cheddar
In a small bowl combine:
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Maple Sugar
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Salt
In a small bowl combine:
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Maple Cream
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place peppers in a 9x13 pan.
Use seasoning mixture evenly on chicken. Place chicken on top of the peppers in the pan. Spread ricotta mixture on top of the seasoned chicken. Then sprinkle white cheddar on top of the ricotta mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
