Baked Maple Tilapia

 

1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan

1 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Oregano

1 Tbsp Maple Sugar

3 Green Onions, sliced

1 Whole Tilapia, descaled

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

In a small bowl mix everything but fish.

 

Stuff the fish, leaving 1/8 cup of the mixture for the topping.

 

Bake 10 minutes, flip, then bake 10 more minutes. 

 

Add topping, broil for 2-5 minutes.
