Beef & Maple Au Jus

Dry Rub

3 lb Beef Roast

2 TB Dried Basil

2 TB Dried Oregano

2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Black Pepper


Maple Au Jus

2 TB Worcestershire Sauce

2 TB Great River Maple Syrup


Preheat oven to 350'

Mix dry rub seasonings and coat all sides of the roast. Bake until internal temperature reaches 145'. Remove roast from the oven and let sit 5 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile mix Au Jus and pour over sliced beef roast.
