1 lb Shrimp
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, minced
½ tsp Ginger, minced
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Rice (optional)
Cook rice according to package instructions and steam broccoli in a pan. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Divide sauce in half, using half to marinade shrimp for 15 minutes. While shrimp is marinating heat skillet pan and add coconut oil and shrimp. Once cooked add broccoli (and other vegetables if you would like) and remaining sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over recipe. Best served over rice.
