10 Chicken Wings
7 oz Franks Red Hot
4 oz (1/2 C) Maple Syrup Robust Flavor
Vegetable oil (enough to cover chicken)
Celery
Heat oil in pan to cover chicken at 220' and cook for 20 minutes until cooked through. Occasionally moving and flipping wings. Once done place on wire rack covered with paper towels. Once cool to the touch place in container and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours (up to 3 days). Mix Frank's Red Hot and Maple Syrup together.
Next heat oil to 400'
*Watch out for splatter! Splash guard recommended.
Fry chicken again for 10 min to make crispy. Coat with hot sauce mixture and serve with celery.
