Caprese Salad with Maple Balsamic Reduction

1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes

1 pkg Mozzarella Balls

6 leaves Fresh Basil

1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C Great River Maple Syrup

Coarse Salt to taste

In sauce pan combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup and bring to a simmer. While constantly stirring reduce the amount by half.

In bowl toss package of cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil leaves. Drizzle maple reduction and sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
