3 Zucchini, sliced into spears and dried with a paper towel
In a bowl combine the following:
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Thyme Leaf
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Great River Maple Sugar
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400'. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and coat zucchini spears with the cheese and herb mixture. Carefully place zucchini on cookie sheet and cook for 15 min and broil for the last 2 min. Continue to check zucchini in the last 5 minutes as all ovens are different and they will quickly go from crunchy to soggy if overcooked.
