3/4 C Old Fashioned Oats
3/4 C Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
3/4 C Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 C Dates, chopped
Fresh Fruit (apples, blueberries, strawberries, etc)
Nuts (pecans, almonds, etc)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (we prefer Cinnamon Infused)
Mix oats, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon and dates and then divide between to containers. Let containers set in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning top with your fruit and nuts of preference. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup over each container of oatmeal.
Makes: 2 overnight oatmeals
