4 Mini Pancakes (made with Great River Maple Pancake Mix)
6 Slices Maple Sugar Bacon
2 Poached Eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper
4 tsp Maple Cream
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Spread 1 mini pancake with 1 tsp maple cream, then top maple sugar bacon, a poached egg, and another mini pancake spread with 1 tsp maple cream.
Repeat for the second slider.
Top with maple syrup, then devour!
