1 peach, cut in half
1 tbsp bourbon maple syrup
Heat grill to low, split and remove pits. Start by grilling cut side down for 3-5 min and then flip. Add bourbon maple syrup to each side of peach. Cook for 3-5 more minutes before removing from grill.
1/2 tsp maple sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 peaches split and depitted
Grill at low heat open face down for 3-5 minutes flip add sugar and cinnamon over each peach. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until sugar combination soaks into peach.
Both options are delicious by themselves or served with vanilla ice cream or oatmeal.
