Grilled Tilapia with Maple Cream

2 Tilapia, descaled

2 Limes, thinly sliced

2 Clementines, thinly sliced

1 Lemon, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp Great River Maple Cream

Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Salt & Pepper according to preference

Smear maple cream inside of the tilapia and then sprinkle with herbs. Evenly place all citrus slices inside of the fish. Grill until the temperature reaches 145' or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
