Homemade Maple Brownies

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cast iron pan in oven to preheat for 30 minutes.

 

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl:

3/4 Cup Flour

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

1 Cup Maple Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Combine wet ingredients in a smaller bowl:

2 Large Eggs

5/8 Cup Butter, melted

1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

 

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones.

Pour into the hot cast iron pan and cook for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
