Mango Margarita

 

1 oz Fresh Mango, muddled

1 Lime, juiced

1 oz Tequila

1 oz Simple Syrup

 

Stir with ice, garnish with Candied Mango

 

For the Candied Mango:

1 1/2 Cup water

4 oz Maple Sugar

Mango, sliced 1/4 inch thick

 

Put water,sugar and mango in a saucepan, simmer for 40 minutes.

Take the mango out and lay on a rack. Cool overnight.

Sprinkle Maple Sugar on top
