Maple and Herb Marinated Lamb Steak


3 lbs Lamb Steaks

10 oz Semi-Dry Red Wine

4 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Rosemary

1 Tbsp Brown Mustard

5 Springs Fresh Thyme

6 oz Maple Syrup

Salt and Pepper to taste


Marinate lamb steaks in the remaining ingredients for 8 hours.

Remove lamb steaks from the marinade and cook in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches the desired temperature.
