1 1/2 C Cider Pancake Mix
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 C Apple Cider
1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Sugar
Stir all ingredients together thoroughly and then let stand for 5 minutes. Cook on griddle on medium to high setting.
Makes around 10 pancakes.
While delicious with any of our Great River Maple Syrups, we prefer it with our Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup which gives it a little extra flavor of fall spice!
