2 pie crusts
5 Apples, skinned and sliced
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
2 TBSP Tapioca
3/4 cup Great River Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350
Place 1 pie crust in greased pie pan.
Mix together the rest of ingredients bowl and then place in pie pan.
Put other pie crust over, (we used Maple cut out in picture). Trim edges of pie crust and seal. Make holes for pie to vent and sprinkle cinnamon over crust.
Bake until golden, usually 45 minutes depending on your oven.
