2 Pizza Dough Balls
2 Red Onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp Butter
4 oz Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz Maple Syrup
2 lbs Bacon
Pepper
2 tsp Maple Sugar
Goat Cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Chop bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
Saute onions in butter. Once translucent add vinegar and syrup, then reduce.
Sprinkle pepper and Maple Sugar on pizza dough. Add the bacon, onions and goat cheese.
Bake until crispy.
