4 Green Apples
4 Sticks
1 1/2 Cup Maple Sugar
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
4 tsp Butter

Bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Blanch apple for 1 minute to remove wax. Pierce apple with a stick (make sure it's sturdy).
In another pan,heat maple sugar, maple syrup, light corn syrup, and heavy cream. Continuously stir until temperature reaches 250F, then remove from heat. Add butter and let cool to 200F.
Dip apples in caramel and roll in whichever topping ingredients you want.(Example: nuts or pretzels) Place on parchment covered tray, place in refrigerator, and cool.
