2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Red Grapes
1 Apple, cored peeled and sliced
1/8 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Green Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/8 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Romaine Leaves
Mix everything in a bowl, except the romaine leaves.
Scoop the salad mixture onto lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
