1/2 C Peanuts, Chopped
1/2 C Peanut Butter
2 oz Maple Cream, at room temperature
5 oz Dark Chocolate
In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate.
In a small bowl mix the maple cream and peanut butter.
Cut the banana in half across, then in half length-wise. Then place them on a parchment lined tray.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the banana on the cut side, then top with chopped peanuts and the melted chocolate. Then place them in the freezer.
Once they are frozen, enjoy!
