Maple Fish Fillets

2 Large Fish Fillets

1/2 Tbsp Butter, melted

1/2 tsp Maple Sugar

1/2 tsp Kusina Gold Greek Seasoning

Pinch of Salt

Combine maple sugar, greek seasoning and salt and rub on each side of fillet.  Cook fillets in the melted butter preferably over a camp stove as pictured here.
