4 Slices of Brioche Bread, toasted (be careful not to burn it)
1/2 oz Maple Cream, softened
1/2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
Sliced Kiwi
Blueberries
Raspberries
Sliced Pineapple
In a small bowl mix the maple cream and cream cheese. Spread the mixture on top of the toasted brioche. Top with the fruit of your choice.
