Mom's Maple Granola

Mix in Large Bowl:

3 C Whole Oats

3 C Rice Krispies

1 C Pecans

1 C Walnuts

1 C Slivered Almonds

1 C Shredded Coconut

2 TB Flax Seed

Heat Until Melted:

1/4 C Coconut Oil

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

To the Melted Mixture Add:

1/4 C Great River Maple Syrup

 

While stirring, gradually coat the granola mixture with the syrup mixture.  

Once everything is coated divide into 2 cake pans. 

Bake: 350' for approximately 1 Hour

Stir every 20 minutes until golden brown and then let cool

Yields: 10 cups of Granola
