Mom's Maple Granola

Mix in Large Bowl:

3 Cup Whole Oats

3 Cup Rice Krispies

1 Cup Pecans

1 Cup Walnuts

1 Cup Slivered Almonds

1 Cup Shredded Coconut

2 Tbsp Flax Seed


Heat Until Melted:

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil


To the Melted Mixture Add:

1/4 Cup Great River Maple Syrup


While stirring, gradually coat the granola mixture with the syrup mixture.  

Once everything is coated divide into 2 cake pans. 

Bake: 350' for approximately 1 Hour

Stir every 15-20 minutes until golden brown and then let cool

Yields: 10 cups of Granola
