Maple Grilled Shrimp


1/2 Cup Lime Juice 

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1/2 Red Onion, chopped

4 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 Jalapeno, sliced

4 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

32 Jumbo Shrimp


Combine everything in a medium bowl and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 

Grill shrimp until just pink.
