2 slices Bread, toasted
4 strips Bacon, cooked
3 leaves Lettuce, (we prefer Frisée)
1 Tomato slice
1/4 Jalapeno, thinly chopped
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Great River Maple Cream
While cooking bacon, mix jalapeno, mayo and maple cream in a small bowl. Once bacon is cooked, toast your bread and then spread jalapeno/mayo/maple cream mix on each slice. Layer with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
