1/2 C Great River Maple Syrup
1/2 C Water
15 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lemon Rind
1 Bottle Prosseco
1/2 C Bourbon
1 C Ginger Ale
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
In a small saucepan combine water, maple syrup, mint leaves and lemon rind. Simmer while stirring until reduced by half of the original amount. Set aside and allow to cool. (Simple syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator.)
Combine Prosecco, Bourbon, Ginger Ale and cucumber in a pitcher. Add simple syrup once its cooled. Pour over ice and enjoy. Serves: 4-6
