1 lb Mushrooms
4 TB Butter softened
2 TB Maple Cream
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix all ingredients except mushrooms, then coat mushrooms. Place parchment paper over baking sheet. Spray with non stick spray, place mushrooms upside down and add any extra butter mixture by stems of mushrooms cook until soft and tender. Enjoy
