Pizza Dough (your own recipe or store bought)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
3 oz Prosciutto
2 oz Asiago Cheese (shredded)
5 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 Fresh, Medium Peaches
1/3 C Fresh Basil
1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C Great River Maple Syrup
Spread out olive oil and minced garlic on pizza dough.
Spread out small chunks of mozzarella and asiago.
Layer of thinly sliced peaches
Bake at 350' for 25 mins or until golden brown.
While pizza is baking, combine Maple Syrup and Balsamic Vinegar in saucepan. Bring to simmer and then reduce heat to low. Reduction will be complete when it is at about 1/2 cup. Meanwhile Slice Basil.
When Pizza is done sprinkle basil on top. Wait to drizzle Maple Vinegar reduction until just before serving as nobody likes soggy pizza.
