Thai Chicken Wrap


1 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Great River Maple Syrup

1 Lime, juiced

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Small Knob of Ginger, grated

2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

1/2 Small Red Cabbage, chopped

2 Carrots, chopped

1/2 Sweet Pepper, sliced

1 Jalepeno, minced

1/3 Cup Peanuts, chopped

1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped

Spinach Tortillas


Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.


In a separate bowl put cabbage, carrots, sweet pepper, jalapeno, peanuts, and cilantro. Toss together with the peanut sauce. Next, pour the sauce from the pan over and mix well.


Toss the chicken with sesame seeds.


Heat the tortilla, then add chicken and the slaw. Wrap and enjoy!
