Maple Pecan Pie

 

1 Cup Great River Maple Syrup (for a subtle taste, use bourbon-aged)

3/4 Cup Great River Maple Sugar

4 Small Eggs

3 Tbsp Butter, melted

1 Tbsp Flour

1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 Cups Pecans, chopped

1 Pie Crust

 

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix maple syrup, maple sugar, eggs, butter, flour, and vanilla in a bowl. 

Spread out the pie crust in a greased pan. Cover the bottom of the crust with chopped pecans. Pour mixture from the bowl over the pecans. 

Bake for one hour.
