1 Lb Cooked Shrimp
1/4 Cup Red Onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Lime, juiced
Cooked Quinoa
Mix everything in a bowl, then pour into a warm skillet. Stir occasionally until shrimp is warmed through.
Serve over quinoa and top with maple candied pecans.
