2 Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 1/3 inch
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Salt
Black Pepper to taste
2 tsp Maple Sugar
2 tsp avocado oil
2 Avocados, mushed up
1 Lime, juiced
1 Clove garlic, minced
Maple Sugar Bacon, chopped
Preheat Air Fryer to 375 degrees.
Toss sweet potato chips with smoked paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, maple sugar, and avocado oil in a bowl.
Place in Air Fryer in a single layer, cook for 8-15 minutes. Then place on a plate.
In another bowl combine avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper to make guacamole.
Dollop guacamole on sweet potato chips, then top with maple sugar bacon and cilantro.
