½ Cup Great River Maple Syrup
½ Cup Water
2 Sprigs Thyme
4 Figs, muddled
2 Shots Light Rum
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 shot Almond Liqueur, like Amaretto
Combine maple syrup, water and thyme in sauce pan and simmer. Reduce the volume to about 1/2 Cup.
Combine 1 shot maple syrup reduction, muddled figs, rum, lemon juice, and almond liquor in a shaker with ice.
Place in shaker in with ice: shake, serve and enjoy! Makes 2 Cocktails
