Maple Turkey Brine

Large Turkey

6 C Apple Cider

3    Apples, sliced

6oz Cranberries, fresh

9    Sprigs Rosemary

8    Bay leaves

5    Oranges, sliced

1 C  Grade A Robust Maple Syrup

1 C  Salt

Medium Handful Fresh Thyme

Combine all ingredients in a large pan (must be big enough to completely submerge turkey).  Add water as necessary to ensure turkey is fully submerged.  Let soak in brine for 1 hour per pound of meat, but not much longer.  After appropriate amount of time remove and cook to preference.
