Maple Vinaigrette Marinade for Chicken

2 Chicken Breasts 

1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 tsp Dry Mustard

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1/2 tsp Dried Basil

1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

1 Clove Garlic, minced

We prefer to halve or butterfly the chicken breast to optimize marination. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over chicken and let marinade for 4 hours. We recommend cooking chicken on the grill. Continue to baste chicken while grilling until chicken is completely cooked.
