1 Lb Flank Steak, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 tsp Maple Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Great River Maple Syrup
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 Head of Broccoli, cut into florets
3 Carrots, thinly sliced in rounds
Sesame Seeds
Coat the flank steak in corn starch and maple sugar.
Heat oil in a pan and cook steak. Take the steak out and set it aside.
In the same pan add soy sauce, water, maple syrup, garlic, and green onions. Cook until they are tender. Then add broccoli and carrots, cook until tender. Add the steak back in the pan and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or quinoa.
