Rosemary Chicken

½ stick of butter

1 clove garlic 

3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

2 chicken breast (skin on)

1 ½ lemon

1 TBSP maple cream

Salt and pepper to taste


In sauce pan at medium heat melt butter and add garlic and rosemary. Place chicken in pan skin side down and cover, slice one lemon place on chicken. Juice the other ½ lemon add some salt and the maple cream and drizzle over chicken and continue to cook covered until done.
