4 Large Chicken Thighs, with skin and bone
1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt, to preference
2 tsp Maple Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, maple sugar and olive oil or melted butter. Coat chicken thighs and smoke at 200' until the internal temperature of the chicken is 175', usually between 1-2 hours.
We really like this recipe for nachos, tacos, or on top of our salads. If you plan on using the smoked chicken in this way make sure to allow it to cool before you take if off the bone.
