1/4 Cup Lemon Juice, fresh
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 tsp Korean Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Clove Garlic, minced
8 oz of Watercress, cleaned
Mix the first 7 ingredients together (all ingredients except watercress) to make your fresh dressing for salad. Make sure that you whisk all ingredients together for awhile. Pour over watercress and serve.
