Sriracha Cauliflower

1 Head Cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces

3 TB Great River Maple Syrup

2 TB Sriracha

2 1/2 TB Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425

Combine all ingredients in bowl, making sure cauliflower is well coated.

Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread cauliflower mixture over it.

Bake at two 10 minute intervals, removing and stirring in between.

After 20 minutes, increase oven temperature to 475 and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
