We age our pure maple syrup in Iowa bourbon barrels from an Iowa Distillery. So our already delicious maple syrup soaks up the added flavor from the bourbon which which includes hints of vanilla and oak. All of our bourbon syrup is aged in small batches which gives a distinct flavor to each batch.
