We age our pure maple syrup in Iowa bourbon barrels from Mississippi River Distillery. So our already delicious maple syrup soaks up the added flavor from the bourbon which which includes hints of vanilla and oak. All of our bourbon syrup is done in small 30 gallon barrels which gives a distinct flavor to each batch.
