We consider maple cream natures maple frosting. Maple cream is 100% pure maple syrup and therefore contains no dairy products or additives. Since there are no preservatives it must be refrigerated and will naturally separate with maple syrup rising to the top (simply stir together before using).
Maple cream is sweeter and spreadable giving it the advantage of even more uses then maple syrup. Of course we approve of eating it right off of the spoon as well...
