Maple Whipped Cream:
6 oz Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Bourbon Aged Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Maple Sugar
In a mixing bowl combine heavy cream, bourbon aged maple syrup and maple sugar. Beat until peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
