4 Green Apples, chopped
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 Stick of Butter
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Flour
10-12 Egg Roll Wrappers
3 oz Cinnamon Maple Sugar
Vegetable Oil (enough to deep fry)
Heat oil to 340F.
In a frying pan melt butter. Add apples, lemon, cinnamon, maple syrup and salt. Cook at medium heat until apples soften but still have some resistance. Add flour to thicken. Remove from heat.
Place apple mixture in wrapper.
Beat egg, then coat the edges of each side of the of egg roll wrappers and fold closed, using the egg coated edges to seal the wonton. Fry for 4 minutes.
Coat in Cinnamon Maple Sugar and serve with Maple Whipped Cream!
